Cinergy Entertainment operates luxury cinema and entertainment centers across Texas, Oklahoma, North Carolina, and Illinois, venues built around the idea that a night out should offer more than one thing to do. Recline-and-dine cinemas with a menu of chef-inspired American favorites, bowling, billiards, axe throwing, laser tag, escape rooms, virtual reality, arcade games, full bars, and elevated ropes courses with zip lines. The marketing challenge is as varied as the experience itself.

Side Chops has been inside that challenge since 2018. Not hired project by project, but brought in as the team that understood the brand, knew the locations, and could move from a consumer campaign to a B2B sales piece to a social cutdown without losing a step. We've shot at five of their locations: Odessa, Midland, Amarillo, Tulsa, and Granbury, and delivered content across virtually every format and screen they operate on. On a typical shoot day, that means coordinating an average of 40 people on set: Side Chops crew, talent, and Cinergy staff.

The breadth of what we've produced for Cinergy is the real story. Consumer-facing campaigns that ran on cinema screens with a full surround sound mix. B2B content aimed at corporate event planners, showing how Cinergy's spaces work for meetings, buyouts, and private screenings. Loyalty program commercials customized for each individual location. Social ads cut from existing footage. A real estate sizzle reel used to bring new markets and local developers to the table.

That's not a vendor relationship. That's what it looks like when a production team becomes fluent in a brand. When you know the product well enough that a new brief doesn't require starting from zero. That branded content loops on the in-house monitors at every Cinergy location, 24 hours a day, alongside the programming they run for their guests.

Photography was part of the work too. On many of our production shoots, stills were part of the deliverable, images Cinergy has put to work across their marketing and continue to use today.

Up Your Game. Concepted, written, and produced by Side Chops.

The "Up Your Game" campaign started with a brief and ended with Side Chops handling concept development, scriptwriting, storyboarding, production, and post. The idea: show how Cinergy lets you up your entertainment, your night out, your girls night, your savings, your game. Spots ran on monitors inside Cinergy locations and as show pre-roll on their cinema screens, running alongside movie trailers with a full surround sound mix produced by Side Chops in-house.

Alongside the campaign, we produced two additional spots promoting Cinergy's group event capabilities: one targeting corporate clients and one aimed at social groups. Short, direct, and built to play in the same environment as the consumer campaign.

New programs, new formats, new locations. Same team.

As Cinergy has grown, the work has evolved with them. When they launched their Elite Rewards loyalty program, Side Chops produced web, OTT, and cinema versions of every commercial, customized for all six of their locations because the program benefits varied by location.

We've continued producing content across new initiatives: drink promotions using photography and stock alongside existing footage, Galentine's Day social ads, and an ongoing stream of event promotional pieces that give Cinergy's sales team real tools to close group bookings. The relationship is active, and the work keeps getting more varied.
