Most production companies have a fixed team and fit your project into their availability. We work the other way around. Every project gets a crew assembled specifically for it, the right DP, the right editor, the right sound mixer, matched to what the project needs.

That keeps quality high and overhead low. It also means we can scale up or down, a two-person crew for an interview series or fourteen people across two continents. Same discipline either way.
